8. Repairs

By handing over a device for repair, you confirm you’re the owner or authorized to authorize the work. Repair pricing is based on our diagnosis and quote, which you must approve before we begin. We’re not responsible for pre-existing data loss, but we recommend backing up your device before drop-off.

9. Sell or trade-in

Quotes for trade-in devices are estimates based on the information you provide. Final offers depend on physical inspection. If a device is materially different from what was described, we may adjust the offer or return it to you.

10. Warranty and returns

Warranty coverage and returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

11. Your responsibilities

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to impersonate anyone, to interfere with the site’s operation, or to try to access parts of it you aren’t authorized to. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
